01Replacement if a link drops
Links get pulled. An editor cleans house, a site changes hands, a page falls out of the index. When that happens to one of yours inside your coverage window, we place a replacement on a site of equal or higher verified authority, at no additional cost to you. Authority here means the same numbers we sold you on in the first place: verified organic traffic and niche fit, with DR as a secondary read, never the headline. We do not hand you a weaker site and call it even.
02Indexed and dofollow, or fixed free
A link that Google never indexes is decoration. A link silently set to nofollow passes nothing. We confirm both at delivery, and if either fails inside your window we fix it at our cost, whether that means working the placement until it indexes or replacing it outright. You should not have to audit the attribute on every link you buy. That is our job, and the guarantee puts it in writing.
03Not placed, fully refunded
If a placement we accepted never goes live, you get every dollar back. No restocking fee, no credit you can only spend with us, no deposit quietly held against the next order. We collect payment up front because that is how the supply side works, so the refund has to be just as clean. Money in, link live, or money back.
The promise we refuse to make
What we will never promise you: rankings.
Anyone who guarantees a position on Google is selling you a story. Rankings move on hundreds of signals we do not own, from your on-page work to your competitors to algorithm updates nobody sees coming. Close to two of every three links on the web decay over time, which is why our entire model is built around catching that decay rather than denying it exists. Our job is to keep your link live, indexed, and clean, on a real site with real traffic. What it does for your rankings is downstream of a hundred things outside this contract, and we will not pretend otherwise to win the order.
How a dropped link actually gets caught
The guarantee only means something if we notice the problem before you do. Replacement is not triggered by you filing a ticket months later. It is triggered by a scheduled check that watches every live placement for the length of its window.
Scheduled re-checks
Every placement we deliver goes on a recurring check for the full length of its coverage window. We pull the live page, confirm the link is still present, still dofollow, and pointing where it should.
Index and status watch
Alongside the link itself, we watch indexation and the page's HTTP status. A page that drops out of the index or starts returning errors is flagged the same way a removed link is, because the effect on you is identical.
What triggers a replacement
A removed link, a switch to nofollow, a deindexed page, or a placement gone dead inside your window puts the order back in our queue. We source a replacement of equal or higher verified authority and confirm it before closing the case.
You can verify any of this yourself, at any time, in your own tools. The monitoring is how we catch decay early. It is not a reason to stop checking your own links.
